TMH9: visual assessment

Preserve the distinction between degree, extent and observation evidence. A photograph alone does not assign a rating.

TMH13: roughness

Separate profile measurement, IRI calculation and interpretation policy. Calibration-section ranges are not treatment thresholds.

Instrument data exchange

Agree the required format, units and validation rules with the receiving authority. Verify the applicable specification.

TRH12: rehabilitation

Investigate observed distress before choosing a treatment. Link the decision to evidence and the applicable method.

Texture and skid resistance

Texture and friction are related but distinct measurements. Keep the device, test conditions and units visible.

FWD: deflection bowls

Bowl parameters support structural benchmarking. A single difference does not uniquely diagnose a pavement layer.
